Associate Professor Dr. Sow Chew Fei is the Dean of Teaching and Learning at IMU University, Malaysia. She leads institutional teaching and learning policies guidelines and faculty development through the IMU Centre for Education. With a background in clinical practice and medical education, she has held key leadership roles in curriculum design, assessment, and simulation-based learning. Her work focuses on advancing teaching and learning systems, including the development of institutional guidelines for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in health professions education.
