Dr. Prof. Anuja Bhargava is a Professor and Head of the Department of ENT at Era University, Lucknow, and serves as Assistant Registrar Academics. A Gold Medalist MBBS graduate, she is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE, USA) and holds multiple prestigious credentials in health professions education. She leads the Bioethics Unit, oversees the Clinical Skills Lab, and serves as an Interprofessional Education (IPE) Ambassador. Dr. Bhargava has authored over 25 national and international publications and is the author of the book *Clinical and Procedural Skills – A Step-by-Step Approach*. Her research interests include Otorhinolaryngology, Interprofessional Collaborative Practice, and Simulation-Based Education.
